Feb weekender: 3-6th Feb

What to expect:

Head down for Friday evening and dinner at the accommodation. Saturday morning will kick off with a yoga session and then you'll head to the beach for your first of 3 surf sessions. The surfing is lead by Simon & the Margaret River Surfing Academy. Simon is a professional waterman and big wave surfer. With years of experience, you'll be in the best hands for your progression goals - whether that's improving your pop-up, learning to surf green wavesor wanting advice on your surf skill and how to improve. 

You'll then go through some video analysis from the morning's session followed by some free time and then finish off the day with a group dinner. Ben, your host, is a pretty handy surfer himself. Both a longboarder and shortboarder, Ben is a wealth of knowledge and an asset to the Sol Surf team. On Saturday afternoon there'll be the option to join in a smooth star surf skate training session for $25 a head. Super fun and a great way to build confidence on the board and play around with weight distrubtion and speed generation.

Sunday looks similar to Saturday. We'll visit a brewery for lunch and stop for a wine tasting on the way (optional). Monday morning you'll have your surf session which'll be followed by the final video analysis session before packing up and heading home. 

The final balance is due upon booking as this retreat is fast approaching. Don't delay and miss out!
