The following are the terms you agree to when participating as a guest on a Sol Surf Retreat in Australia:

In the event of a cancellation made outside of 1 month prior to the trip, the guest will receive a refund of their deposit only if their spot is filled by another booking. If the cancellation is made within 1 month of the starting date of the trip, the guest will receive a full refund, less a $100 admin fee, only if their spot is filled by another booking.

You are responsible for your own travel insurance if you are coming interstate. You should not travel without adequate travel insurance. Please ensure that surfing is covered by your travel insurer.

Sol Surf assumes no responsibility for any injury sustained or death of a guest while on a retreat.

Please disclose any necessary medical conditions to the host prior to arrival.

Sol Surf is not responsible for the loss or theft of any items on retreat.

By attending Sol Surf's retreat, you assume full responsibility of yourself outside of coached surfing sessions and yoga classes.

Yoga classes are covered by the practicing teacher's public liability insurance.

Surfing sessions are covered by the Margaret River Surf Academy's insurance. Please consider whether it would be worth purchasing travel insurance, in the case you have to cancel due to illness or injury. In the case you have to cancel due to illness or injury, the normal cancellation policy applies.

Please note that the retreat will not run unless there are a minimum of 4 bookings. You will be notified 2 weeks prior to the start date if the retreat is not running and be offered a full refund of your payment or the choice to move to another retreat date.

The following are the terms you agree to when participating as a guest on a Sol Surf Retreat in Indonesia/Sri Lanka:

1. In the event of a cancellation made outside of 3 months prior to the trip, the guest will receive a refund of their deposit. If the cancellation is made within 3 months of the starting date of the trip, the guest will receive a full refund, less a $150 admin fee, only if their spot is filled by another booking.

2. You are responsible for your own travel insurance. You should not travel without adequate travel insurance. Please ensure that surfing is covered by your travel insurer. If you intend to rent and drive a motorbike/scooter, please ensure you have your international drivers licence, as your insurance will not cover you if you don't.

3. In the case of a medical emergency or injury, there is a local doctor in Kuta Lombok and a hospital in Mataram. Sol Surf assumes no responsibility for any injury or illness sustained, or death of a guest while on a retreat.

4. Please disclose any necessary medical conditions to the host prior to arrival. If a medical clearance is needed to gain travel insurance, please disclose this to the host.

5. Sol Surf is not responsible for the loss or theft of any items on retreat.

6. By attending Sol Surf's Indonesian retreat, you assume full responsibility of yourself and must sign the liability waiver prior to the start date of the retreat.

7. Yoga classes are covered by the practising teacher's public liability insurance which is covered by Mana Yoga, Lombok.

8. BANYU surf and Sol Surf assume no responsibility for any injury or death caused while surfing on retreat.

9. The retreat requires a minimum of 6 bookings to go ahead. In the case that this doesn't happen then guests will be fully refunded or offered to change dates to another retreat. They will be notified 1 month prior to the trip if it will not be running.
